Double Chocolate Brownies
Double Chocolate Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine or butter, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. flour and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Spray rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, with spray cooking oil.
Heat margarine and 1 cup chocolate chips in 3-quart saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Stir in sugar, flour, vanilla, baking powder, salt and eggs until smooth.
Stir in remaining chocolate chips.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
Bake until center is set, about 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
Cut into bars, about 2 x 1 1/2-inch.
Store tightly covered.
Makes 36 brownies.
