Dinner Rolls
Dinner Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. dry yeast, 1/2 c. shortening, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, scant and 2 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt shortening in saucepan with warm milk.
Put in large mixer bowl; add yeast, eggs, sugar and salt.
Add small amounts of flour to make soft dough.
Remove beaters; add more flour until dough can be handled.
Knead.
Shape into rolls. Place in two Pam sprayed 9 X 13 pans.
Let rise.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
*May add potato flakes, mashed potatoes, or wheat germ as part of the flour.
