Deviled Steak
Deviled Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 onions, diced, 1 1/2 lb. steak, cut in strips, 3 or 4 tbsp. flour, 3 tsp. dry mustard and 1/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown onions.
Brown steak separately.
Cover steak with dry ingredients which have been made thin enough with vinegar to pour on.
Then finish covering steak with enough water to finish filling skillet.
Allow to simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
