Dessert Ring Coffee Cake
Dessert Ring Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 c. dairy sour cream and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Thoroughly cream butter or margarine and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
Fold in sour cream and vanilla.
Sift together salt, baking powder and flour and fold into creamed mixture.
Mix together last four ingredients.
Spoon half of the batter into greased 9-inch tube pan.
Sprinkle with half of nut mixture.
Top with remaining batter and nut mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool 20 minutes in pan before removing.
