Stir together the flours, wheat germ, cinnamon, salt and soda. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Drop by tablespoon onto greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
