Darlene's Crock-Pot Dinner
Darlene'S Crock-Pot Dinner is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 2 c. carrots, cut up, 1 c. celery, cut up, 1/2 c. wild rice (brown) or long grain (do not use minute rice), 1 small chicken, cut up and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash chicken; skin and bones may be removed.
Put all in crock-pot in the order given.
Do not mix.
Turn on high for 1 hour, then turn on low for 2 to 3 hours.
Take chicken out first and put in a bowl very carefully.
Put vegetables and rice in another bowl.
Serve warm with rolls.
