Cucumber Sandwich Filling
Cucumber Sandwich Filling is an easy dinner. Made with 1 medium cucumber, 1 large cream cheese, 1 tbsp. sweet onion or chives, 1 drop green coloring and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grate and drain cucumber.
Add to cream cheese that has been softened with a little mayonnaise.
Season to taste.
Mix coloring into all.
