Cuban Empanadas
Cuban Empanadas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can grande biscuits (8 biscuits), 1/2 lb. ground beef or chicken, 1/2 c. picante sauce, 1/2 c. whole kernel corn and 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry beef or chicken in very hot pan.
Mix picante sauce, corn, cheese and sugar together in a bowl.
Flatten biscuits.
Beat egg and brush around edge of biscuits.
Add meat to other ingredients; mix.
Spoon mixture in the middle of biscuit.
Fold over and press edges together with fork.
Bake in oven at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
