Crock-Pot Steak

Steak in serving pieces.
Flour steak and brown in skillet in a small amount of oil.
Put in crock-pot; sprinkle a little flour over steak to thicken.
Pour tomatoes, string beans, soy molasses steak.
Cut pepper in strips and add mixture;
Cook 6 to 8 hours. Serve over rice!
