Crock-Pot Rump Roast
Crock-Pot Rump Roast is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 (3 to 5 lb.) rump roast, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 can jellied cranberry sauce, 2 tbsp. softened butter and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Rinse roast and pat dry.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix in the bottom of crock-pot.
Spoon cranberry sauce over and around roast.
Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
Remove roast while thickening gravy.
Blend soft butter and flour into a paste and whisk into gravy.
Cover and cook 10 minutes on high until thick.
Slice roast into 1/4-inch slices and serve with gravy.
Slices can be frozen in gravy in plastic freezer bags.
