Crock-Pot Roast
Crock-Pot Roast is an easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 roast (any type), floured, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 tsp. tony's seasoning and 1/2 tsp. salt and garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Season roast and roll into flour, coating roast.
Brown in hot skillet with a little oil on both sides until just brown.
Put roast into crock-pot.
Pour can of soup over roast and sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce on top.
Put top on and cook on low all day, about 6 to 8 hours.
Makes a delicious gravy.
