Crock-Pot Meat Loaf
Crock-Pot Meat Loaf is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef, 1 c. cracker crumbs or dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/3 c. chopped green pepper and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients, except catsup.
Shape into a loaf (I shape mine into a round loaf to fit crock-pot) and place in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hours.
Cover top of loaf with catsup, if desired, during last 1/2 hour of cooking.
