Crock-Pot Dressing
Crock-Pot Dressing is an impressive slow-cooker meal. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 c. chopped onions, 2 c. chopped celery, 1/4 c. fresh parsley and 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Melt margarine in skillet and saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms.
Pour over bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.
Add all seasonings and toss together.
Pour in enough broth to moisten. Add eggs and mix well.
Pour in slow cooker set on high for 45 minutes.
Then reduce to low and cook for 4 to 6 hours.
