Crumble cornbread and loaf bread.
Mix together with chopped onions, sage, salt and pepper.
Melt margarine in 1 qt. broth, then mix with cornbread mixture.
Add beaten eggs after mixtures cools.
Continue to add extra broth as needed for a thin consistency.
Pour in crock pot.
Cook on low for 4 - 5 hours until onions are tender.
