Crock-Pot Chicken Ol
Crock-Pot Chicken Ol is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 12 soft flour tortillas (taco size), 4 c. cooked chicken breasts, boned and chopped, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 7 oz. can mild green chili salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix together the soups, green chili salsa, sour cream and grated onion.
Alternate layers, starting with chicken and then soup mixture and tortillas, ending with soup mixture on top.
Cover and cook on low about 4 hours in crock-pot.
Top with grated cheese the last 15 minutes.
Cover and let cheese melt.
To remove from pot, cut from center of pot like a pie and use a large spoon to dip through the layers.
