Made with 3 lb. stewing beef in 1-inch pieces, 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans mushroom stems and pieces, 1 c. burgundy wine and 1 large onion, sliced, thinned and separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
