Crock-Pot Banana Bread
Crock-Pot Banana Bread is an moderately easy slow-cooker meal. Made with 2 eggs, 2/3 c. vegetable oil, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 4 mashed bananas and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
With electric mixer, beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add oil, sugar, bananas and vanilla; mix well.
Stir dry ingredients together with nuts, then add to banana mixture.

Place can inside crock-pot and cover with a paper towel.
Place lid on crock-pot and cook on high setting for 3 to 4 hours or until tests done with toothpick.
