Crock-Pot Apple Butter

Fill crock-pot half full with apples.
Add sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Finish filling crock-pot with apples.
Cook overnight or approximately 4 or 5 hours on high.
Use a hand mixer and beat until smooth.
If it is not thick, cook a little while without the lid.
Seal in sterilized jars.
When using another kind of apples, cut the sugar into about half, if the apples are sweet.
