Crepes With Chocolate And Raspberry is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box crepe mix (i recommend yiotis brand), 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, grated, 4 oz. seedless raspberry jam, whipped cream and chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Make crepes according to directions.
The thinner the better. Make about 2 per person.
Once the crepes are cooked (this can be done in advance), sprinkle the whole crepe with the chocolate and spread the jam evenly over the crepe.
Roll the crepe, or fold into triangle, with some jam "over-flowing".
