Crepes
Crepes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth. For each crepe, butter an 8-inch skillet; heat over medium heat until butter is bubbly.
Pour scant 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom of pan.
Cook until light brown; turn and brown on other side.
Makes 10 servings.
