Creamy Potato Soup
Creamy Potato Soup is an impressive dinner. Made with 6 bacon strips, diced, 3 cups cubed peeled potatoes, 1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth, 1 carrot, grated and 1/2 cup chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a large saucepan, cook bacon until crisp.
Drain the grease.
