Creamy Fruit Salad
Creamy Fruit Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can fruit cocktail or 1 (8 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot flavor gelatin, 1 c. boiling water and 1/2 c. hellmann's mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Drain fruit, reserving syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 1/2 cup.
Combine gelatin and boiling water in blender.
Cover and blend at low speed 1 minute, then add reserved liquid, cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Blend with electric mixer, at high speed 1 minute.
Fold in fruit; garnish with nuts, if desired.
Pour in jello ring and mold and chill until firm, 2 hours.
