Cream of Zucchini Soup
Cream Of Zucchini Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium zucchini, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter, salt and pepper to taste and garlic powder to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Saute zucchini and onion in 2 tablespoons butter and garlic to taste in a small amount of water until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Purée in blender.
In another bowl, make white sauce consisting of butter, flour, evaporated milk and chicken stock. Add the purée to the white sauce.
Heat until ready to serve.
