Cream of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bacon, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 head broccoli, 3 cans cream of mushroom soup and 2 onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Fry 1 pound bacon crisp.
Brown 2 onions in bacon drippings. Clean and break up 1 head broccoli and put in pot.
Use approximately 2 cups of water.
Steam until almost done.
Add 3 cans of soup.
Mix altogether.
Cut up 1 pound Velveeta cheese and add to soup.
Crumble bacon and add onions.
Cook for 20 minutes on low.
Add more mushroom soup or cheese, as desired.
