Mix cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Line cupcake pans with baking cups. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each baking cup in pans.
Pour cheese mixture on top.
Add cherry filling.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 375Β°.
