Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. whole cranberries (raw), 2 apples (unpeeled), 2 oranges (unpeeled), 1 small can crushed pineapple and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place cranberries in food processor and finely chop.
Place cored and quartered apples in food processor and finely chop. Quarter oranges (unpeeled) and finely chop.
Use only juice from oranges and about 1/4 cup of chopped orange.
Mix all ingredients in glass bowl and refrigerate overnight to enhance flavor.
