Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with (10 oz.) pkg. cranberries, c. water, c. sugar, (6 oz.) box raspberry jell-o and c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cook the cranberries with the 1 1/2 cups water and sugar until thick.
Let cool.
Pour 2 cups boiling water over the Jell-O; let it cool.
Add drained pineapple, celery, apples and nuts to Jell-O.
Mix well.
Add the cooked cranberries.
Put into large dish and refrigerate.
This salad will keep for several days.
