Cranberry Salad
Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh cranberries, 2 c. sugar, 1 orange, peeled and diced (do not grind), 1 c. pecans, chopped and 1 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grind cranberries (a blender can also be used).
Cover with sugar and let stand.
Prepare gelatin.
Put in refrigerator until partly congealed.
Remove.
Mix in remaining ingredients and return to refrigerator until firmly congealed.
