Cranberry Cool Whip Salad
Cranberry Cool Whip Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello, 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and 1 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain pineapple; reserve syrup.
Add boiling water to reserved syrup to make 1 cup.
Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid.
Stir in cranberry sauce and orange peel.
Chill until partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg white).
Fold in orange sections and pineapple. Cool cream until soft peaks form; fold into fruit mixture.
Pour into 6 cup mold.
Chill until set.
Unmold and serve.
