Country Style Doughnut Puffs
Country Style Doughnut Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk and 2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In medium bowl, combine eggs, vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar; beat well.
Stir in milk.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir into egg mixture until well mixed.
Add melted butter.
Drop batter from teaspoon into deep Crisco heated to 375Β°.
Fry a few at a time, until browned, 2 or 3 minutes.
Drain on paper towels. Combine remaining sugar and nutmeg or cinnamon.
Roll puffs in mixture to coat.
Makes 3 to 3 1/2 dozen.
