Country Fried Steak
Country Fried Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/4 lbs steak, salt and pepper to taste, 2 c flour, 1 1/2 stick margarine and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Salt and pepper steak. Roll steak in flour.
Melt margarine in skillet until very hot-brown steak in margarine.
Place in 3 quart baking dish, Make gravy in skillet with 1 can mushroom soup, 3 1/2 cans cold water and onion.
Mix well until hot.
Pour over steak. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.
