Country Chicken Chowder
Country Chicken Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. margarine, 2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans chicken noodle soup, 1 can water and 1 c. cooked chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onion in butter or margarine just until soft in a medium size saucepan.
Stir in soup, water, chicken, corn, evaporated milk and pepper; heat just to boiling.
Pour into heated soup bowls.
Sprinkle with parsley if you wish.
