Country Baked Steak
Country Baked Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 cubed steaks, 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 4 c. water, flour and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine onion soup mix and water and set aside.
Flour, salt and pepper steaks and brown quickly on both sides in small amount of oil.
Place into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole and pour soup mix over steaks.
Bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes or until tender.
Good served with rice or mashed potatoes.
