Corned Beef Salad
Corned Beef Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with c. diced celery, chopped eggs, beef bouillon, . lemon jell-o and broken corned beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Warm bouillon and water and pour over gelatin and lemon Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.
When cool add to other ingredients. Pour into an oblong dish or two loaf pans to a depth of about one inch.
Chill.
As mixture begins to set, stir to prevent vegetables from settling to the bottom.
