Cornbread Dressing
Cornbread Dressing is an impressive baked good you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with large loaf bread, batch cornbread (see recipe in book), c. chopped celery, c. chopped onions and or 4 beads garlic, cut fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Boil giblets in lightly salted water.
Remove meat from necks. Chop all fine or put through meat grinder.
Reserve liquid for broth.
Use bouillon to make up remainder of broth needed for 9 or 10 cups.
