Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 slices bacon, 3 diced onions, 2 1/2 c. water, 4 diced potatoes and 1 pt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Fry bacon and reserve fat.
Add onions to fat and saute.
Add water and potatoes; boil slowly 20 minutes.
Add milk and corn. Simmer 15 minutes more.
Stir in pepper, salt and Tabasco. Crumble bacon and add with sour cream.
Simmer (do not boil) 5 minutes more.
Garnish with parsley or paprika.
Serves 4 to 6.
