Corn Chowder
Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 strips bacon, 1 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 1/2 c. diced potatoes and 2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook bacon until crisp in a large pot or kettle.
Remove. Saute onions, celery and potatoes.
Add water and seasonings. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Combine flour with milk.
Add to kettle and cook until thickened.
Add corn, cream, cheese and bacon.
Stir very frequently.
Serve when cheese is melted and soup is hot!
