Collector's Cocoa Cake
Collector'S Cocoa Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. margarine, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. unsifted plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 1 minute.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and add alternately with water to creamed mixture.
Pour into greased and floured round 9-inch pans or a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 35 minutes.
Cool and frost with Seven Minute Frosting.
