Coffee Jello Dessert
Coffee Jello Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. (2 c.) strong coffee, 1 envelope plain gelatin, 1/2 c. sugar (or less) and plain or chocolate cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In medium size bowl, soak gelatin in 1/4 cup cold coffee.
Heat remaining to just boiling.
Dissolve sugar in hot coffee.
Stir well.
Add to gelatin and stir again.
Refrigerate until set. Serve topped with plain or chocolate Cool Whip.
