Clam Chowder
Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. finely cut bacon or 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can clams, minced, 1 c. diced raw potatoes, 3/4 c. water and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Saute bacon and onion until onion is tender.
Drain clams. Add clam liquor, potatoes and water to onion and bacon; cook about 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Add clams; heat through. Just before serving, add milk; heat to simmer.
Serves 4.
Salt and pepper to taste.
