Cinnamon Nut Waffles
Cinnamon Nut Waffles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 3 c. all-purpose flour, 3/4 c. cooking oil, 2 2/3 c. milk and 2 tbsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat waffle iron according to manufacturers directions.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with a rotary beater or mixer until fluffy. Beat in flour, oil, milk, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Stir in nuts.
Pour batter onto center of hot waffle iron using the amount suggested by manufacturer.
Bake about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
