Cinnamon Coffee Cake
Cinnamon Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, soft, 2 3/4 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla, 4 eggs and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and 2 cups sugar until fluffy.
Add vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
Add alternately with sour cream, beating just enough after each addition to keep batter smooth.
Spoon 1/3 of batter into a greased 10-inch pan.
Combine cinnamon, nuts and remaining sugar. Sprinkle 1/3 over batter in pan.
Repeat 2 more times.
Bake at 350Β° for 70 minutes or until done.
