Chunky Beef Soup To Can is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 1/2 gal. water, 4 qt. tomato juice, 1 stick butter, 2 large cans beef broth and 3/4 c. beef base, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat to boiling.
Add vegetables which have been cooked and salted.
(Cook vegetables separately, cut up in small cubes.) Brown hamburger with onions.
Add drippings and hamburger to soup. Take some less thant 2 quarts flour and add water to make a smooth paste to thicken soup.
Cold pack 2 hours or 40 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
