Christmas Salad
Christmas Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. strawberry jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 3 bananas, mashed and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add all other ingredients except sour cream. Pour half the mixture into rectangular Pyrex dish.
Let congeal.
When congealed, spread sour cream over the entire portion.
Pour remaining jello mixture over sour cream. Congeal.
