Christmas Rainbow Cake
Christmas Rainbow Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. white cake mix, 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin, 1 pkg. lime gelatin, 2 c. boiling water and 1 tub cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Prepare cake according to package directions.
Pour into two well greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Do not remove cake from pans.
Punch holes in each layer.
Dissolve gelatin separately.
Pour one flavor over each layer.
Chill 4 hours.
Put layers together using Cool Whip as icing.
