Christmas Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. grated swiss cheese, 4 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. diced ham or salami, 3 eggs and 1 c. milk or light cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place prepared pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.

Combine 1 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese and 4 tablespoon flour.

Sprinkle into pie shell.

Sprinkle on 1/2 cup diced ham or salami.

Combine 3 eggs, 1 cup milk or light cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon mustard.

Beat until smooth and pour evenly over cheese.

Place unbaked pie in freezer until solid.

When ready to bake, place frozen pie in 400Β° oven for nearly 1 hour.

Cool slightly.

Garnish with chopped parsley and pimento.
