Christmas Holly Cookies
Christmas Holly Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 35 large marshmallows, 1/2 c. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring, 1 1/2 tsp. green food coloring (approximately) and 4 c. corn flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Melt marshmallows and butter in the top of a double boiler; stir to blend.
Stir in vanilla flavoring and enough food coloring to make a dark green.
Remove from heat and gently stir in corn flakes.
Working quickly, drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
Decorate each cookie with 3 red hots for holly berries.
Chill.
Makes 3 dozen.
