Christmas Fudge
Christmas Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in medium, heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate morsels, pecans and vanilla.
Stir vigorously for one minute or until marshmallows are melted.
Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
Chill until firm.
