Christmas Figure Cookies
Christmas Figure Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. shortening or butter and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
Set aside.
Cream shortening; add sugar gradually and continue to beat until light. Add well beaten eggs and blend thoroughly.
Add vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and creamed; mix thoroughly.
Chill.
Roll thin to 1/8-inch on lightly floured board and cut with cookie cutter or form drop cookies.
Bake at 400Β° for 6 to 10 minutes.
Makes 6 dozen.
