Christmas Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/4 c. white sugar, 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil to 300Β° on candy thermometer over medium heat; remove from heat.
Add 1 teaspoon any flavoring oil to this.
For example: cinnamon, anise; add a few drops any food coloring (coordinate flavoring and color).
Have cookie sheet ready, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Pour mixture on sheet.
Let it get hard, then break into pieces.
